These terms govern your use of QuoteLuxeAI. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
QuoteLuxeAI is a tool for independent travel advisors and agencies to build and share luxury travel quotes with their clients, using AI to help extract and present trip details from documents you provide.
2. Trial
New accounts start on a free trial with a limited number of quotes, as shown at signup. The trial runs for a fixed number of days or until the quote allowance is used, whichever comes first. No payment is required to start a trial. Continuing to use QuoteLuxeAI after your trial ends requires choosing a paid plan.
3. Subscriptions and quote allowances
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and include a stated monthly quote allowance. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Using AI-powered quote generation requires an active, unexpired trial or a subscription in good standing.
4. Pricing changes
We may change our prices in the future. If we do, we will give existing customers reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on their account. Continuing to use QuoteLuxeAI after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Discounts and promotions
Where we apply a discount to your account — whether through a promotional code, a referral reward, or another offer — that discount remains attached to your account for as long as your subscription continues, unless we specifically withdraw it (for example, in the case of fraud or misuse — see below). A discount is always applied against the current subscription price at the time it's charged, not the original price in effect when the discount was first granted. In other words, a discount is a percentage or amount off your plan's current price, not a lifetime lock on a historical price.
We may change or discontinue our referral programme, promotional offers, or the terms on which new discounts are granted at any time, for future referrals or new offers — this does not remove or reduce a discount you have already earned and had applied to your account. An already-earned discount will only be withdrawn if we determine it was obtained through fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
6. Fair usage
Quote allowances are designed for genuine, individual agency use. Any future plan described as offering unlimited or uncapped quote creation remains subject to a fair usage policy — we may contact an account whose usage pattern is clearly inconsistent with genuine individual/agency use (for example, automated or bulk usage inconsistent with normal advisor activity), and may apply reasonable limits in such cases.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QuoteLuxeAI to: create fraudulent or misleading quotes; upload content you don't have the right to use; attempt to circumvent quote allowances, rate limits, or account restrictions; or use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep QuoteLuxeAI available and responsive, but we rely on third-party providers (including our AI provider, hosting, and payment processor) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for outages or delays caused by these third parties.
9. Internal accounts
Accounts designated internally by QuoteLuxeAI for our own administrative, demonstration, or operational purposes are not subject to the trial, quote-allowance, subscription, or pricing terms set out in this section — they exist to operate and support the platform itself, not as a customer offering.
10. Liability
QuoteLuxeAI is provided "as is." AI-generated content is a starting point for your own review — you remain responsible for checking the accuracy of any quote before sending it to a client. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of material changes.
