AI Usage & Processing Notice

QuoteLuxeAI uses artificial intelligence to help build travel quotes. This notice explains what that means in practice.
What the AI does
When you provide a document, screenshot, pasted text, or a link to a supplier page, QuoteLuxeAI sends that content to Claude, an AI model built by Anthropic, which reads it and extracts structured details — hotel names, dates, room types, prices, flight details, and similar — into a quote you can then review and edit. The AI may also draft short supporting descriptions (such as a destination guide or a note on why a particular hotel stands out), which are always editable before a quote is sent.
The AI is also used, separately, to search for and select real photographs of named hotels, where enabled.
Human review
Every AI-generated quote is created as a draft for the advisor to review, correct, and finish before it's shared with a client. QuoteLuxeAI does not send anything to a traveller automatically — an advisor always reviews and publishes the final quote themselves.
What data Anthropic sees
The content of the documents/links/text you submit for a given quote is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic acts as our data processor for this purpose — it processes this content solely to return the extracted result to QuoteLuxeAI, under its own data protection commitments, and does not use it to train its models.
Why we're telling travellers this too
If you're a traveller viewing a quote built with QuoteLuxeAI: the trip details on this quote were assembled with the help of an AI model, reviewed by your travel advisor, who remains responsible for its accuracy. If anything looks wrong, raise it directly with your advisor.
